The New sion
How is the new sion? is he considered freelo or requires some skill to get somewhere. I haven't play league in 3 months and sion has always been my favorite champion.

skill required, timing that q and shield explosions to maximize tankiness+ damage is important.
If you liked the old Sion I don't think you'll be to impressed with the new one. He seems to have both less durability and damage than old Sion. And no more reliable stun.
