All of these can easily be combined if you sacrificed your mobility. Most likely though people would want flash, so that leaves smite or ignite ( smite for those who break the meta and ignite for the others). How you guys think this would work out if I went brand in a game.
I'm not sure what your question is. -Red buff: only applies on autoattacks -Dragon buff: won't show up until something like 30 minutes at the earliest -Poison toad: Why would you jungle Brand? Dear god, please no.
Liandry's is a standard buy on Brand. Ignite isn't out of the ordinary either. His passive is something you get no matter what you do. So half the stuff you're suggesting is stuff you get on Brand ANYWAY, and the other half is stuff that's either useless or far too inconvenient for the benefit it would offer.
The reason people get half that stuff on Brand is because it works well, like you'd suggest. The reason people DON'T get the other half is because it doesn't work well.
