Does Athene's Unholy Grail's active apply to item actives?
For example, will Mikael's Crucible's single-target heal proc Athene's heal on the target as well? What about Locket's AOE shield... who will be healed by Athene's?

Lol a downvote already? I'm not too familiar with the etiquette on this forums so are simple questions frowned upon here?
Sorry for the late post. Yes it does, any abilities/items coded to give temporary (shields) or replenish health will activate the Grails healing ability.
Yes it procs.
As for the who, I think it works similar as to who ludens procs on when karth ults, which far as I understand it, that's whoever was the at top of the scoreboard when the game loaded, so loosely speaking random from game to game but should be consistent within a given game.
