Varus
Can we get a Varus buff, i've been playing alot of him recently and find him to be really weak and just not up there with the other adc's

not unless he is picked in worlds. riot balances around that.
He's not a dueling ADC, he's a poking-focused one. Don't fight people straight up expecting to win.
What keystone do you give Varus? If I use thunderlords and have a few AD runes on, two auto's and a Q seem to do so much in term's of trading.
Perhaps it isn't as effective as I think though.
