Conqueror hotfix nerf
The adaptative force is nerfed and stacks last 2s on rangeds instead of 3s (still 8s for melee)
Nice changes imo and thanks goddes they made it hotfix so we dont have to wait all the patch with Conqueror that broken.

so ranged champions did abuse it hard as expected
good change ranged champions can still use it but will be weaker overall
I'm sorry but that was an un-needed nerf. I can tell you two things:
On Zyra, I do more damage on Dark Harvest BUT Conquerer gets more damage to pass through. Basically, the outputs were the same.
BUT...... taking Conquerer made her a HELL of a lot squishier, slower moving. It was a serious rune tradeoff.
2 Second is going to lopside the rune to AD melee only again. There is no Mage or ADC who can reliably call that a better rune than another.
Eh, still feel like Cassio might still abuse the shit out of it considering Twin Fangs having literally no cooldown. I get its like that because its her cs helper, but for gods sake at least make the mana refund on kill somewhat less so she goes oom if she spams it wrongly enough times. Its like Lucian with manaflow band, but an AP user is the difference.

What's really annoying about this is..... Riot still thinks "being a Melee" is hard, so they deserve 8 seconds between resets. But ranged champions have to find a way to reset every 2 seconds, which for everyone BUT an adc, is near impossible.
Yet..... their argument was that adcs were abusing it.
I mean..... name a few melee champs who don't have the sticking power to not only reset this rune every 1-2 seconds, by virtue of their kit?
Pure sticking power, attacks every 1 second.
Pure sticking power, attacks every 1 second.
Pure sticking power, attacks every 2-1.5 seconds.
Can stick, get 5 stacks in 1 second.
Pure sticking power, attacks once every 1.5-1 seconds.
Pure sticking power, can proc 5-7 times in about 1.5 seconds.
Sticking power.
Sticking power, attacks less than 1 second.
Sticking power, can attack 3 times/second.
Sticking power, attacks more than once a second.
I'd love to know why Melees need 8 seconds vs champions, while mages/adcs only get 2, and mages specifically can't maintain it by nature, yet most melees can.

They've basically brought back the same problem as the AD stacking Grasp they tried to release before Conquerer; Where Wukong or Jax could stack 99+ stacks and gain massive AD, and never lose it.
They shouldn't have nerfed it for APs. It really wasn't very good on anything not Cass, Azir or Sol.
More ranged hate boner
