How is this ok?

100-0 when he also has practically 100 arm and mr... And people wondered why I was shocked he was getting a buff. He can tank 5+ tower shots easy pre lvl 10 and still do this. Just why. This is the kind of stuff that gets me really sick of this game. I understand that he can be kited, but not when he has disable resist, speed boost, and his ult goes off even if i get out of range. Champions like Garen doing this makes it seem so worthless to even practice higher skill cap champs, because of how much power champs like him have and how easy it is to pull off. It's getting ridiculous. It doesn't seem like you care about your dedicated players that like to challenge themselves with harder champions. It's ridiculous that champions like Garen can make 10 mistakes in lane and still be fine, but a Riven can make one and lose lane entirely, even though the Riven has been dancing in and out trading, using great micro mechanics, but the Garen can just piano his fingers over Q W and then E and BOOM he wins the trade. I'm so sick of it.
