Flex Que Matchmaking

I have had multiple bad experiences now with Flex Que matchmaking now. I just got out of a game that had 1 Diamond, 4 Platinums, 3 Golds, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze. What is that.. It goes through 4 Divisions. It should not do that, a Bronze skill level player should never see a current Diamond, or Plat in their ranked game. The Diamond was Gold in Flex also, to me that still is too big of a skill gap.
