Ezreal changes perhaps?

So, I love playing and after seeing a bug about Ezreals ultimate going off twice I instantly thought why is that not how his ultimate works in the first place? My reason behind it is the name, Trueshot Barrage it make you think of multiple waves of attacks but in fact its only one. I wonder what it would be like if his ratio or damage was tweaked and he gains anothershot from his ult every time he levels his ult up to probrably three. I dunno how it would work but it sounds cool.
