Artist Jhin Make it a ultimate skin, something really interesting. Maybe he can paint paintings and then place them in base.

-They can make Zer0 from Borderlands 2 Jhin in addition to his High Noon skin which already gives me a Borderlands vibe; -They can make special ops Jhin who looks like the Ghost in Starcraft 2; -They can make a goofy april fools Jhin skin where he's wearing a bunch of masks and call the skin "Masked Jhin"; -They can make Unmasked Jhin where his face is completely blank like a mannequin; -They can make Pool Party Jhin where he wears a fancy bathing robe and has a mustache painted on his mask; -They can make a cyber-punk Jhin; -They can make Project Jhin; -They can make an ultimate Jhin skin where he gets to change his costumes and masks, much like Elementalist Lux; -Or how about Bohemian Jhin, who is dressed like a modern-day art graduate.
I could go on but I think this is enough. I love this champion so much.

So he actually has 2 more skin slots (after Blood Moon). Since blood moon is a 1350, his next two MUST be a legendary and an Ultimate :D
His 4th skin should dress him literally as the number 4.

How about fortitude jhin and its a complete rehaul of his kit turning into a massive undisplacementable tank and siege champ that instead of autoing depending on your movement speed rolls over people for dps dmg and snaring champions and dps while on top of towers
