Why people call players who troll autistic

You who call someone who trolls autistic you should choose word more carefully because you don't know what you're talking about.I am sociopathic and i troll sometime because i get bored,i have a very creative way of flaming,i don't care for a win just play to have fun,i get annoyed and pissed off when someone hugs his tower and def too much and love to report those kind of players especially in normal games,i get pissed off by players who freeze lane and love to report them too,love to play off-meta stuff but calling me autistic because i want to build rageblade on garen you just don't know what are you talking about.
