Tanky hypercarries or glass cannon classic build

Last time when i play yi,riven,fiora,yasuo,wukong,xin zhao etc if enemy team has hard cc like blitz,amumu,nautilus etc... i like to build my champion in tanky way with items like for example for yi i go (merc treads,black cleaver,titanic hydra,raduin omen,spirit visage,botrk) if they have both ap and ad or if they got only ad i replace spirit visage with Dead man's plate.Glass cannon normal build does more damage but you get easily killed if you get cc-ed and you can become useless in late game as full glass cannon yi.With this tanky build i still deal enormous damage to adc or ap carry and can survive being cc-ed.
