Ranking MatchMaking

I am absolutely appalled by your Matchmaking for Ranked games. I have been constantly put onto teams where they feed early and are constantly negative about ending the game early or surrendering. How can a person get past Bronze 1 with all this nonsense. I have been taking it one game at a time, but this is so freakin frustrating. My league name is LilithCrowe and I've had more than 100 games starting from Bronze 4 to Bronze 1. I get to my promos, and I'm hit with all the feeding and negative attitudes. Is it some kind of plot of yours to keep people from even wanting to play the game? I had three games in a row where the mid laner fed two kats and one diana. 3/5 of the promos was so toxic, what's the point of looking forward to that over and over again?!!?
