Please fix queue times

I have been playing this game for 3 years and i remember when the wait times for a ranked game were around 2-5 minutes. Sure the system wasn't perfect but it was a lot better than it is now where you have to wait anywhere up to 40 minutes for a game.

I really don't understand how you expect people to wait 40 minutes to play a game that goes for a round 40 minutes. If you had a spare hour you used to be able to jump in the queue and get a game in, now you don't even bother as by the time you actually get a game most of your free time is gone.

I would expect that this would be one of the reasons there has been a drop in interest in the game. So can you please give this some attention and fix it? Even if it means going back to the old system.
