Dynamic Queue suggestions

I've been playing league of legends since 2013. In this time the only role I've found I enjoy at all is Jungle. I don't mind support and don't really like playing the other roles. In the last 7 games I've played, all ranked, I got support 7 times. I don't think a system that punishes someone who steps outside what they like doing and try their best to help the team is the right way for a game to work.

I think a better system may include an option where you can pick only one role but with a longer queue time, or perhaps earn credits to only get your first pick, or really anything that doesn't lead to 7 games in a row stuck in your 2nd role.

I just think this needs a lot of work, considering many people like to primarily play their main role, and you so often don't get it, a better system exists, I'd like to see some brainstorming towards finding it.

You're confusing the champion select with Dynamic que. Those are two different things, Dynamic que has nothing to do with the champ select.

People have been asking for the ability to que for one specific role fora while now, but its unlikely to ever happen. The best way to get the specific role you want is to que with Mid as your secondary role.

The way it works on pbe right now is that we pick 2 roles as pref and one role as "never" and we usually get one of the two but sometimes get the other two possibilities. They're hoping this will even out the support disparity since people will have to play 2 main and two off-roles.

I've seen what they have coming, but I don't think it really solves the problem. I have been jungle 3 times in my last 15 games, despite it being my primary every single time. So under the new system I may go from support 12 out of 15 to maybe getting it 6 and having 6 on other roles that I also don't really want to play. It makes sense to me that if something is your main role, something you like doing the most, you should get it more often than 1/5th of the time in a game where the whole point is to have fun.

I realize that... I was hoping it would go to a 9-4-2 ratio jg-supp-other with that though. Not sure if it'll ever be that way for people who want supp secondary. :(

I think they implement a handicap when you get your 'second' role assigned. ie. after it matches you up with teammates, it takes your per/role mmr modifier into account when computing the mmr of the team it wants to match you against.

At least if it doesn't do this, it should be considered.
