Fix Champ Select Please

My favorite and best roles are jungle and support. I primary jungle and secondary support. In my last 10 games I've been given jungle once. A system that gives me my preferred role 1/10 times is a failing system. I think this needs to be fixed, otherwise it's punishing all the people who like support as a 2nd role.

I know there is a new system for 2017, but that doesn't fix this problem either. I would love a game where I usually get to do what I want, and sometimes do other things; but that's not what league of legends is, and not what it will be even after the new season starts if your 2nd role is support.

P.S. Plenty of people will say to pick a different 2nd role, that's not the point, I want to support, just maybe 3 or 4 out of 10 times, not 9/10, that's insanely unfair.
