Everyone knows it is a bad idea. He builds tanky, his ult makes him move faster and harder to kill, with a crystal scepter he is just gonna slow you when you do chase him. There is no reason to do it, yet it is bound to happen. And when a singed is fed and really annoying you got the whole team chasing him around the map, even at the risk of objectives.

Nekusen2 votesSinged is one of those toxic champions, he just gets between turrets and kills lane without even engaging, a few minutes later and he is in your base killing the minions of all 3 lanes. Want to chase him? too bad, he outspeeds you and at most he gets executed. You catch him? lol, like he cares, he just farmed 3 lanes and that probably gave his team a couple of towers, no problem.
So even if Singed ends up 0/20, he will still be relevant due to his inhumane cs.
His Q should work like 
's Ult, making the mana it costs to maintain it increase with time
I mean, it would be fun to have a kind of champion that can go around and have a similar style, but he is so freaking damn annoying, he is also tanky as hell and has his glue sheit going on.
Juggernaut6281 votesThe problem with "don't chase Singed" is that there is so much mobility creep that nowadays you can easily chase Singed and kill him rather easily.
