is OP. She has a Stun that last way too long and she can burst someone down in 5 seconds with half build. So we cut annies stun time in half and make her damage less so she can't kill someone in five seconds and in exchange give her more base armor and mr so she can't be deleted.

Direwolfiez1 votesI actually beat down a Veig as Annie. Granted, once he got to 6 I was basically kicked out of mid lane, but I roamed and snowballed other lanes, and focused him during objective skirmishes. It was hilarious.

This is how mages works. Annie isn't even the strongest - or even CLOSE - to the burst damage some mages can output. They do tons of burst damage, but very little consistent damage, and are usually susceptible to assassination (which is why melee AD assassins are so often mid lane).
DarthSpectrum1 votesAnnie is incredibly effective against melee mage/assassins in the mid lane. Her weakness is that on the contrary, she is useless against other ranged AP casters simply because her W and E is suddenly a glorified way to proc her passive.
Considering that she is only effective on a handful of champions, she should not be nerfed unless she gets compensated to be better against other ranged champions.
