An idea for Talon's new passive (Updated)

TL;DR: Gain a speed boost/become ghosted (Like his ult) and become stealthed on kill or assist for about a second, and his next auto would be a modified crit for 150%, stacking with a regular crit/his Q. I've also thought about adding a slow reduction in there, but I'm not sure yet.

Hi there, I posted an idea for Talon's new reworked passive about a week ago, and it was met with mixed reviews, but generally positive. I've now updated it to make it a little more smooth.

Lemme know what you think, if we get enough upvotes for this maybe we can get someone over at Riot to see it if they don't already have an idea in mind, I think this would mesh with his kit quite well.

Here's the longer version:

My idea thus far for Talon's new passive would be that on kill or assist, Talon would briefly gain invisibility, think like Unevolved Kha'Zix length, and be ghosted and sped up like his ult for the same amount of time, and his next auto attack while in stealth, or out of it if he doesn't auto while in it, would be a modified crit for 150%, (% negotiable) stacking onto the damage of a regular crit and/or Q.

I feel like this would help out with his tendency to die in teamfights (Though this isn't a problem necessarily) that could be easily countered with a pink ward, but would challenge target selection on the enemy team, since though he could drop a decent amount of damage on his next AA, he won't have the mobility to get to an ideal target, so he won't be "reset oriented" like Katarina or Akali, and won't be that much of a threat once he gets the crit available. It would just help him slug it out in a fight to survive once he got in, plus the fact that he tends to kill multiple people at once, making it so he only gets one "real" extra crit, unless he spaces out his kills. This would also settle Talon more into the pool of pick potential champions, since though he does have instant, overwhelming burst, his tendency to get caught/killed while amongst the entire enemy team would make him a little more reliant on killing the enemy carries BEFORE a fight began and being able to get out at the same time.

This would fit with his kit, since he is one with the shadows, and in his lore once killed an entire group of assassins at once, which could be accomplished by weaving in and out of visual reality (Or by his AoE, but I think this sounds cooler) and by having the damage to do so once he reappeared (Talon could probably kill an average non-champion assassin with just one "crit").

In addition to that, it would also add a layer of outplay ability to his kit, since Talon's only outplay now is dodging one thing with his e, he could effectively 2v1 with his AoE and new passive if played correctly. Although Talon is a fairly simple man in terms of his objective and means of achieving said objective, I think having a bit of outplay ability would be nice. I saw a point in my last thread that this would make Talon's early game much weaker, because his current passive slightly increases said damage. Let me tell you, his current passive does NOTHING for him. Early game it'll add maybe 80 or so damage to a full combo. And besides, Talon isn't an early game champion, I'd be willing to take the slightest of nerfs to his early game in order to improve his grouping/pick potential.

Why give him a basic attack bonus? Isn't this passive to help him escape not keep fighting.
