Supe unlucky or just bad

So I'm winning quite a few games and I'm on a decent win streak and I get to promos into silver. I go 2-2 and then the third game I'm winning lane super hard and our whole team gets fed. We had over 20 kills more than other team but my team wouldn't push. They didn't do anything.

I say push they go raptors I say don't go in, wait for me and they go in 4v5 and lose the game Hell I even told them to buy mortal reminder to counter Mundo and they don't

I ended up doing most damage to champions and turrets out of both teams.

If you can't find the game from my match history I went 14/7 on Sona

Is this just really unlucky or what the hell do I do? How does this kind of game happen in promos? Am I just extremely unlucky or just bad at the game. I get that everyone has unlucky games or bad games every once in awhile but this is ridiculous.

And I get that I should be trying to improve myself and fixing my own mistakes but I think it's still ridiculous that this happens to me....

People in lower elos tend to not think very highly of ppl who take the role of the shotcaller, only because they think they know better. I know it's hard to shotcall, even harder when your team just doesn't listen at all, but like I said, this problem is almost exclusive to low elo.
