Accept match window won't disappear

Pressing accept match for a ranked solo/duo game caused the accept match window to not disappear while in champ select. You would not see anything in champ select but you could see the window behind the accept match window that you were indeed in champ select. Pressing accept match would not do anything. It would produce the sound of accepting a match but would not take you anywhere. Essentially it was stuck on screen and I could not get into continue with champ select. This caused me to dodge the lobby and lose lp.
