Another lux buff?

I know this will get downvoted a ton, and i know i might be in the wrong, but riot seems to COMPLETELY forget about bronze and silver when it comes to lux. And with the buffs that are coming in 7.15, they're buffing lux support, which in bronze, is a nightmare to lane against. I don't know, it just seems like when riot are buffing or nerfing some champs, they make them better for high elo and/or make it harder for low elos. And you can't really hold the argument of "Why would riot nerf/buff XXX champion for bronze and silver", when Bronze and silver make up more than half of their entire playerbase. Just a rant :/
