Frozen Mallet

Okay, so with the resent talk about the item i thought i'd give it a go to share my thoughts.

Changes to it are needed, It's incredibly difficult to play against a champion who's actually build this thing. It gives a lot of health and a moderate amount of attack damage which are usually more bruiser oriented stats when combined. Problem is tho, champions who are not the intended users are building it. For example kog'maw tends to build this item to improve his kiting, which at his range is not the most difficult thing to do with a slow on your basic attacks.

Which brings me on my next statement. Change the passive in a way that the slow won't be permanent. It's so frustrating when you try to get away from someone with this item only to find you that you've basicly been slowed into oblivion. Abusers of this are Gnar and (when he builds it) Yasuo. It's mensely frustrating when this item basicly forces you to fight someone if you do not have any mobility at your own disposal. Unlike the two mentioned champions above.

I sincerely hope that there are legit changes coming up for this item, because the state that it is in now is just absurt.
