can we get a mage meta?

I'm really curious to see how that would unfold. ADC's being in a weaker(/weakend) state af for how they are now and mages being the primary damage sources.

Once Riot gets the midseason bot lane changes rolled out, Mages will be hamfisted into Bot to compete against their AD counterparts. Probably more range on champs that dont need it, minion resilience to auto attacks while buffing base damages/doran's ring AP on Riot's favorites (Malz, Ryze, Corki, Zyra and Lux while leaving Xer, Annie and Cassiopeia untouched and useless)

Mages are trash compared to ADCs, asassins, and juggernauts.

It's time for Corki , Lux , and Ziggs to become meta.

Mage metas are pretty awful. They're basically assassin metas (everyone dies in moments, tanks are useless and can't do their job) but on an AoE scale and from range.

They also tend to 'drop off' into assassin metas, because the only class which has a shot at effectively beating out mages in lane is assassins. So it goes from awful to still pretty bad.
