Glacial augment on gnar and teemo

Taking the mastery and frozen mallet makes no sense, because slows dont stack and FM is a permaslow. They will get some mileage out of it sure. Still, I think it will be more broken on some other champs.'s million damage barrels will be set up by it and his parly is counted as a melee attack. It is going to give_ melee attacks like GP's_ a stronger slow stops you dodging his Q and makes his kiting stronger.

I think melees will have a tough time in lane with the new runes. Second wind looks good, but other defensive runes are bad and just outclassed by runes buffing poke. Like 5% armour or mr on using pots?

Slows don't stack dude so mallet is irrelevant. However, the keystone does sound way too good to be true for any ranged champion.
