Why Bronze sucks (from a lot of experience)

So many times a low-elo player will come on here and complain about how they're stuck down there and its so hard to climb out. Often it gets dismissed but it is a real problem! if you won lane good luck winning the game. Your teemo top is 1/8 because even if he sits "under tower" he cant stop feeding. Xayah isn't building crit or attack speed because she doesn't need it. Ad your jg refuses to gank anyone because he is "forced to farm constantly to stay relevant". Bronze is the worst because you get crap like this every game. It is not a matter of who has the better players it is a matter of who is lucky enough to be matched with actually competent league players. Bronze consists of everyone who belongs there AND all the people who belong in a place lower than bronze, which sadly does not exist. People who don't get how important cs is, or how to roam, or how to teamfight, or to itemize reactively. And if people paid any attention to pings (or knew how to use them) so many easily avoidable ganks and deaths wouldn't happen . Don't even get me started on chasing. I've watched 4 people die after chasing the 15/0 riven one at a time, or a ADC of Fed midlaner suicide to finish off the low health support. General game knowledge (macro or micro) is lacked by so many players its a mess down here. Compare a game of league in bronze/silver to that of the plat diamond level and its two different worlds. If a player makes a horrible game decision hey it may work out because nobody in this cesspool knows how to punish! Few players accept that their mistakes cost the lane or the whole thing and chose to play the lame game. Top laner fed? he will say its the junglers fault for not camping him. Losing game? blame anyone with an even or negative kda which ends up being the support often. Bronze is a mess. How is a player supposed to improve in such a negative environment? And yes I have had a coach and am improving my cs and I roam and I know my matchup's and I rotate to get objectives and try to nicely give others advice but all of that still does not work. I feel like so many games are "1v9' because of feeders or afkers or trolls but because the players are complete idiots who have no idea what they are doing but I cant always preform that well or if on the rare occasion I start to the enemy team focuses me. What is a guy like me supposed to do?

op.gg linked for references I say a lot of experience because I played on my brothers old account a bunch in season 4/5 but I cannot find it

I felt like that for a long time. Starting today I decided not to.

play jax split all game 1 v 1 anyone drag more than 1 person to you kill them push towers get inhib switch lanes rinse and repeat ignore your teams pings do what you feel you need to do to win the game ??? profit if jung jax it may take more time to actually splitpush especially since they might be able to take baron but this is bronze 4 so idc

looks like your taliyah winrate is fine.

yes bronze is annoying, but so is every division once you realize you are better than that level of play. also, no typing. you aint changing peoples minds down there.

if you wanna climb you gotta do everything yourself. everything you decide to do must be for a specific reason esp when you play jungle.

You're probably playing laning phase incorrectly, I have a Bronze smurf and any time I go on it I will win a game in which I was dominate in lane, Bronze players make so many mistake in lane it's just a matter or realizing those mistakes and also using your lead to your advantage.

I can guarantee it's not your teams fault and there's at least 30+ different things you could've done differently.

Why bronze sux, besides the usual 'bad team mates' excuse, which I agree with in some cases: 5 ppl can't keep their mouth shut when things go south OR someone made some random, NON game changing mistake. How many times have you guys won a game only to see in post game lobby all kinds of flaming going on in chat? Too many times to be ignored as a contributing factor.

Plat and gold team mates not only carry your ass to heaven/victory (ex: while most bronze Bards and Tahms are trolls or appear to be, most gold+ Bards and Tahms are GODS), they also stay chill without shit talkin or talkin at all (advice nor friendly remark/joke), even when you have your worst game ever.

Cus 9 out of 10, there's no point, it will only make things worse. If someone is bad, u won't make em better in .2s. If someone is having a bad game, you can never know how they will react to your best attempt to encourage them. If someone is gonna troll, any reaction will fuel them and make them stronger.

Because the Bronze mentality is "I'm not dealing damage? I clearly need to be up ahead!"

Assholes who think Yasuo is overpowered, but keep engaging him without poke or CC, literally walking up to him while he has all the time to plan around this encounter exactly how he wants.

Teamwork OP, as we used to say. Ay, Swiftkitten? Holla!

Communicate with your team. Remind them they are playing ranked and that they need to watch the minimap, to communicate, etc.

Also there are 100000 videos of people climbing from Bronze. Play well. If you consistently win lane and make good map plays then you will rank up.

I recently ranked up an account from bronze 3 to silver 5 and ho boy, it felt more like a chore than an actual game. People were so salty and dumb, the only way I could win consistantly was by splitpushing.

Play only jax, stop building the items you're currently building on him and just do this build path... item 3077 >>item 3078 >>item 3748 >>item 3742 or item 3065 then whichever u didnt build first. Never group with your team, seriously... dont. Hard shove side lanes while saving your Q for escape unless you can see at least 4 on the map. Flanking can be done but only if you have the awareness to spot a real opportunity, otherwise safe bet is to keep splitting. Duel if they only send one person to stop your split and you can see the rest on the map. Basically fool proof way to get to silver at least.

What your team does is irrelevant since you can't change it and in theory the enemy team should end up with more shitty players than yours as long as you're not the problem since there's 5 slots open on their team and only 4 on yours.

The first thing you should do is look at your own play and what you're not doing well. The first thing I notice looking at your account is that you die a lot. I'd advise you to watch some replays and see if you can work out why you're dying and what you can do to fix it.
