I don't know why people doesn't understand to hit the nexus, they just want free kills.
In my Ranked game, we had kog maw that doesn't follow up and we lost.

Because missed lethal is not impossible, especially when the game wasn't a complete snowball-fest, and ESPECIALLY when the respawn timer is running low (enemy players or WORSE, the inhibitors).
