What happen to the small buff for Shen and Dr Mundo??

**So currently Shen and DrMundo will get a small buff on 9.3 but they cancel it because it was due to the fact that item 3068 was buffed. I feel like if they want to buff Shen and Dr Mundo. I want both of these champions get a small buff for stats such as increasing attack damage, health, armor and magic resists. ** Remember the item 3077 nerfs for waveclears? This item is the most important to shen because he lacks waveclears

So what do you guys think about the predictions of those buffs to Shen and Dr Mundo? Was it helpful that Shen and Dr Mundo will come back to the meta?

patch notes as of now shows no buff to mundo.

too bad. hes in desperate need of an early game boost and jg boost

Remember that nerf to item 3077? It cost 150 more gold, item 3068 costs 150 gold less. Most of the time i dont take item 3068 cuz its still a bad item, dmg to minions is too low as well as to champions.
