My thoughts on some champions and how they could be brought up to a better place in LoL, or brought down in power. Feel free to read if you want. I've considered counterplay and the state of the meta. If you want to discuss changes that you see, or want me to add more, let me know!

Aatrox Aattrox's R deals more damage based on current %hp, and provides a %bonus to all sources of regen based on number of champions hit. Darius R now has a charge mechanic that increases with rank. Rank 1: 1 Charge of Ult. Rank 2: 3 Charges. Rank 3: 5 Charges, Darius's ult can only hit one target per charge and cannot be used in succession on the same target; Reset removed. Bleed Passive charges double after consistently autoattacking a target, last for 6 seconds, and stacks up to 10, with successive attacks on a single target increasing charges additively (1+x attacks a stack, 1, 3, 6, 10 on same target, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. for surrounding targets. Target MUST HAVE Bleed in order to be ulted. Galio Q now is a straight line (like Viktor's laser), dealing more damage the closer the target is to Galio. R is given an initiation (leap dash etc) and a smaller radius. Gangplank Remove Scurvy can now be cast on other targets, either healing the teammate or removing a disable. GP receives both benefits. Q crits provide more stacks of passive per rank, with passive increasing to 5 stack maximum. (This was taken from another thread, kudos goes to the author of that one). Garen Garens E receives a double benefit from critical strike chance. Jayce To the Skies! Increases armor and magic resist by X when more enemy champions are nearby. Kassadin Kassadin's R damage increased by mana AND LOW %AP. Mana cost and damage charges halved if he kills a Champion (He was overnerfed rito plz). LeeSin Lee Sin's Q kick can be INTERCEPTED by another champion. R deals lower damage per rank, but does bonus damage if the target collides with other champions or terrain. Energy restoration changed to 20 on passive. Nidalee Nidalee's Q has longer CD, but lowers if target is killed. Cannot pounce immediately after casting cougar form unless in Brush. Poppy Every auto attack Poppy lands generates a charge. At max charges she regenerates a % of her mana. Quinn Quinn's passive prioritizes champions if they are within 600 range. Valor deals bonus damage (1/2 of harrier passive) every few seconds. Ryze Casting R increases spell casting range per rank. CD Massively increased, decreased with every spell cast. Shaco CDR scales with ITEM ATTACK SPEED. Shyvana Basic attacks in Dragon Form double Q passive CD reduction on basic attack. Allies have increased movespeed standing in dragon form W. Urgot Consecutive Q's on the same target increase damage of Q by 5% per hit up to a maximum of 10% Veigar Targets that have not taken damage from Veigar standing in E are pulled to center (quickly, think Blitz pull). Targets stunned are unaffected by this pull. This is not considered a knock up. Zed Zed's Shadow created from R disappears if he travels too far from it. Pantheon Pantheon's Q can now be pulled from a target on basic attack, lowering the CD. Every consecutive spell on the same target increases Pantheon's armor and magic resist up to a maximum. Bonus depletes every time he is struck. Draven Draven's consecutive attacks on a target cause the target to bleed, dealing an amount of damage based on a low % of Spinning Axe's bonus damage over time. This effect stacks after 2 spinning axe hits, and increases in damage up to 100% of spinning axe's bonus damage. Lasts 4-5 seconds. Vladimir Casting R empowers Vladimir, increasing his spell ranges and causing his Q to lower the CD of E by .5 seconds and vice versa. DrMundo Passive scales to 0.2>0.3->0.4->0.5% hp each second. Current HP cost of R lowers as Mundo's HP drops. Talon Talon's R attaches itself to the champion closest to talon, and rips outward. If talon is not near a target, it travels outward and follows him when he becomes visible (like live). Size of radius lowered.

Well that's all of the ideas I have. I know I'm not a design expert, but please let me know what you think about these changes! I personally feel with the power of champions getting more and more extreme, it would be nice to see some power increases on the older or champions with limitations. I have reasoning for every change so feel free to argue or comment with me!

im actually a fan of making it so trinket wards cannot be ward hopped to boom all the changes needed for lee sin

Kha'zix is another beast entirely he needs a major rework to get to a good place because hes so unhealthy if he's strong atm but so weak when he's not its kinda sad to see because hes my favorite jungler
