Riot move Zhonya's active to Seeker's Armguard
So I don't have to start playing AD mids because of their defensive options 
outweighing my 3500g counter.

Then no one will buy Zhonyas because the only thing appealing about Zhonyas right now is the active.
No one buys QSS to counter because AD mids needs damage fast and cant wait to spend 1250g on something purely defensive. Hexdrinker is more of an appealing buy after Maw changes; maybe decrease shield effectiveness at early levels.
1300 Gold for a Zhonya passive? I know that you can get a clear all buffs for 1300 but it doesn't give damage or a stacking defense. And besides, that'd be ridiculous to deal with- Now ADCs would have a Zhonya's for 1300 because it doesn't cost that much and gives some decent defense.
