Pale Pirate1 votesad leblanc top is all about kiting the enemy melee to death, but always in a way you will still be able to AA them. You can't kite a riven like that after the nerf, because she will catch up to you and murder you.
And why does it affect ad leblanc more? Well, because ad leblanc is not broken, ap leblanc is.
