Feedback on Malzahar's Q

I have been playing Malzahar a lot lately and I've been thinking "if only it worked like rumble's ultimate"

In my opinion, it could lead to tons of new ways to use his Q instead of always being a straight line in relation to him. It could make the difference between a good and a bad Malzahar.

Thoughts?

Don't buff Malzahar, for the love of God no, laning against him is already like facing Yorick.

His Q is fine as it is. It's a little difficult to hit mobile targets with it but if you do it's devastating, that's the trade-off.

It's not really difficult and he most devastating thing about Malzahar is the dot and his ultimate. Trust me.

I don't know, I'd be on the conservative side of this one. He doesn't need that, as cheesy as it might sound.

What I really like is for Malzahar to move around within a certain area once he has ulted a target. So he can like, dodge things while he's ulting someone. Sounds kind of awkward and obnoxious but I think that would be really cool.

That would be against the channeled nature of his ultimate then. If he could move while ulting that would be way broken in my opinion.

"Awkward and obnoxious"

That's the perfect description for Malzahar.

No thank you. I like it the way it is. I don't want it to be a Viktor E clone.
