Lets add Sivir to the rework list

I like Sivir. I think she is an interesting champion, and I like her idea of a champion who is weak in lane, but who has a massive amount of crit based AOE damage. She is squishy as hell, but she has enough peel to keep herself alive and in the fight. Sivir has been in the game since the very beginning, and she has had no major or minor reworks. Some of her abilities have had stuff added or subtracted too them, but overall, Sivir has stayed the same basic champion she always has been.

Now enter Xayah. She is a crit based ADC who excels at dishing out lots of long range AOE damage in a teamfight, while staying alive because of her self peel with ultimate and CC with her E. Xayah is extremely similar to Sivir, but while Xayah has a modern kit, Sivir is stuck with a kit 7+ years old and could use a bit of love. Not to mention that Sivir isn't in the best spot winrate wise after a couple of nerfs while she was played in the LCS.

This is why I think Sivir should be added to the rework list. I don't think it should be nearly as drastic as Yorick or Galio's rework, but more like the mid-year class reworks. Personally, I would like to see her Q scale with crit (kinda like Xayah's E) and function in a way like Gnar's boomerang or Draven's Axe where you can catch the blade and you can recast it in a certain window of time.
