Best champs in league

what are some of the best champs in league to carry with in low elo? I know some champs are overpowered, but sometimes they cant carry a team even if they are fed.

your best bet is probably some easy to play champs with high reward. Champs like MasterYi Annie Kindred Evelynn Kayle . Speaking of in-meta, go with . I'm not sure about high-risk, but there's definately high reward with that champ with 2 items completed.

Assassins are good, because they kill the enemy carries, making the enemy team unable to challenge you. Fizz, Zed, and Talon are really good for this. Oftentimes you can make the enemy surrender by just tilting them with your "noob" champs.

It varies from person to person based on preferred play-styles, preferred roles, game knowledge and other factors.

Personally, I prefer playing durable fighters, CC tanks and siege casters. They suit my preferred playstyle rather well, there are many champions I enjoy in each role and they are generally versatile and/or reliable.

If it helps, the following are generally my main or preferred options for my preferred roles:

Jungle: Gragas, Evelynn, Volibear, Udyr, Rek'sai, Master Yi, Sejuani
Top: Renekton, Irelia, Nasus, Malphite, Maokai, Nautilus
Mid: Varus, Ziggs, Corki, Lux, Orianna

However, I will warn you know that it is likely not your choice in champions holding your back. If you still want some new champions though, then I would recommend you play champions with a low skill floor and basic, straight-forward gameplay.

For example:

Generally, players in lower ELOs are consistently making numerous fundamental errors without even noticing. Some examples would be:

They over-chase
They will ward the wrong locations (or not at all)
They won't watch the mini-map
They will miss easy farm due to poor last-hitting ability and poor wave control
They will trade poorly, they won't focus the proper targets in teamfights
They don't know how to prioritize objectives
They don't know how to close out a game

While people make mistakes such as these at all levels of the game, it is often a matter of degree and/or consistency. A Platinum player is far less likely to make these mistakes than a Bronze player is and if they make such a mistake, it will likely be of a lesser degree.

If you focus on improving your general play and decision-making, you will improve your performance on all champions. This is far more important than picking "OP" champions who can carry games.

If you improve your performance at the game in general, you will be able to carry games as any champion.

Some people think MasterYi and Yasuo are good for this situation.

Here are my recommendations:

Top: Singed Nasus Volibear

Mid: Heimerdinger Zed Velkoz Veigar

Junglers: Shyvana Rengar Zac

ADC: Varus Jinx

Support: Sona Urgot (if you're feeling frisky) and Maokai (i don't play many supports though.)

Out of curiousity, why would you recommend Zed to a low ELO player.

While their opponents won't really know how to handle or counter him, the player likely doesn't have the game knowledge or mechanics to actually play them decently.

It just seems like Talon would probably be a better pick since he is far more straight-forward.

I mean, he's good to snowball and somewhat tilt the enemy. THOUGH, it takes a lot of thought to really get the tactics of playing Zed. I was probably wrong in that suggestion. But when you finally click with learning how to play Zed (in normals. you're gonna do horrible if you try to learn him in ranked), it'll go swimmingly.
