Looking for a new champion (help please)

Hey there I'm looking for a champion from 3150 and under. These are the features I look into:

Prefer it to have good poke and harass
Not too hard
One shot
Good laning phase
3150 and under

If the champ doesn't have one of the features I will still take it under consideration

Do you play top, mid, jg, bot, or support?

Um I play mainly support and adc but I play top and jungle too sometimes when I feel like it but no mid. Any is fine except mid

Panth is a fun champion if you like the oneshotting, Gnar and Illaoi are slightly more skill based but they're not as linear, which can be better sometimes.

Grag is just a powerful pick right now, and if you get a good ult off in teamfights you've won. Vi and Volibear have better one-shot though.

Mf is a powerful pick right now, and has good poke and can ult in teamfights for damage. Draven and Cait are more poke oriented though.

Janna is a cheap champion with good disengage and poke, but Bard can land a stun on two enemies at once for 2 seconds at max rank, and can make some good plays with the team using tunnel and ult.
