Akali Or Katarina?
Who should I buy? I like good poke and harass and one shotting. I'l be glad if you can gimme some tips and infos about them. Thanks

Akali can 100-0 people, but Katarina is a lot safer and has a better laning phase.
katarina is cancer and is often banned
akali is still cancer but not played as much so she won't be banned
I pick akali because she needs skill to get a penta.
Akali:
- Snowballs hard.
- Good sustain after Hextec Gunblade
- Can be played midlane or toplane (toplane generally gives her better matchups).
- Weak pre-6, easy to gank pre-6, very bad laning phase.
- Energy management can be difficult early.
- Mostly single target burst, so not the greatest in team fights. Is very good in smaller fights.
- Can stick to her targets very well with her R.
Katarina
- Resourceless
- Snowballs hard, is almost useless when behind.
- Okay pre-6, can escape ganks with her shunpo, has decent poke with Q.
- Has good single target burst, and excellent team fight presence. Her ultimate is very easy to interrupt though and can become useless against certain team compositions.
Personally I think Akali is better overall.

Neither of them really have the good harass/poke you want, so I'd go with that choice: neither. Both of them require you to trade your health for the enemy's health but in different ways.
Katarina hopes to throw her bouncing daggers at you, putting herself into dangerous situations where she would take return damage. She hopes the enemy gets equally low until her opponent gets into that juicy kill range or simply hopes the opponent plays passive enough to not trade aggressively into her. She favors match-ups that have low sustain and gets dumpster'd in match-ups that have high sustain and tankyness.
Akali plays somewhat harder and faster, dog-fighting her opponent, then plays back to regen her health by casting spells on minions. She favors match-ups where she can outplay her opponent's abilities by jumping into her shroud and gets dumpster'd in match-ups with hard CC as she needs to keep fighting to get health back. She also can't handle tanks.
Truly, though, the fact that these assassins are more reliant on favorable match-ups rather than skill speaks to the reason Riot is reworking assassins. The best assassin design they ever had was pre-nerf Kha'zix. That was a champion with astounding versatility that could adapt to the flaws of his opponents rather than painfully depend on a specific flaw existing in the first place.
Katarina is a better pubstomper but Akali is hotter
