(SOLO/DYNAMIC) QUEUE: Let players choose to opt-in to fill premade teams for faster queue times

Just add a checkmark to the role selection screen for solo players to opt-in to fill premade teams. If they check the box then they should get a faster queue time by filling in premade teams. Players that don't want to play with a premade team will not select the checkmark and will only be matched against other players who do not check the box.
