AD Fizz vs AD Jax - who wins?

I have been playing alot of ad fizz top on my other account, and just wondered who would win this matchup, same build, equal skill levels. I'm assuming Fizz, even knowing a fully farmed Jax is a terror, because Fizz's missing hp% shred and trollpole the counterstrike and the 20% damage amplification.

Jax, AD Fizz isn't even viable anymore since his last nerf.

Jax

His E can negate lots of AA from Fizz, also includes negating the %Hp damage (I think)
His ult can block off a lot of Fizz damage, performs better as since Fizz's AD builds lowers his QER burst potential.
Has faster sustain than Fizz does due to his Attack Speed bonus from his passive.

Jax; but full AD Fizz with IE could 1shot him with full combo, if he gets a crit
