I'm prepared for downvotes for complaining about a champion before they're even released on live. I thought Neeko was actually decently well designed, and riot was going in a good direction with new champions not being overloaded messes.

What the actual fuck is Sylas though? Objective overview of his kit:

Passive - AOE auto that deals 100% AD(+?AD (not sure if it's a ratio or a fixed amount per level))(+20% AP)

Q - long range controllable X shaped aoe with a 2 second, 35% slow. explodes after .5 seconds at the center of the X to increase that slow 50%. 9/8/7/6/5 second CD (5.4/4.8/4.2/3.6/3 with 40% CDR) 45/70/95/120/145 (+60% AP) (same damage on explosion) Slow is 15/20/25/30/35% (+50% from explosion)

W - Medium range targeted dash that heals him, does bonus damage on enemies below 40%, and bonus healing if he's below 40%. 60/90/120/150/180 (+55% AP), 90/135/180/225/270 (+85% AP) on champions below 40% Heals for: 50/100/150/200/250 (+40% AP), 100/200/300/400/500 (+80% AP) if he's below 40% 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 second CD (8.4/8.1/7.8/7.5/7.2 with 40% CDR)

E - short range dash that gives him a shield, followed by a long range gap closer with a .5 second knockup. 60/90/120/150/180 (+90% AP) shield 50/65/60/95/110 (+20% AP) gap closer 10s cooldown at all ranks (6s with 40% cdr)

R - Copy any champion's ult 85/50/15s CD (51/30/9s with 40% cdr) Can't steal the same champion's ult twice for twice the length of their cd (modified by his cdr, minimum 20 seconds)

tl;dr: You gave him 3 dashes, a knockup, a slow, an empowered aoe auto after every abililty, a heal, a shield, and the ability to use enemy ults every 9 seconds at max rank with the incredibly easy to get cdr cap?
