The PBE boards arne't letting me post on them so I'll post here, was ranked taken off the pbe?

If so when and why? I was really excited to play some ranked there and then noticed they only had blind pick and normal draft. Can anyone please explain

Its a much smaller server, so they usually only have ranked up when they need to test pre-season changes.

Queue times were over an hour. I hate to admit it, but the queue times of blind pick ~~even if it tastes like stamps~~ outweigh the benefits of enabling ranked. This is especially the case when there's a rework or new champ, because there is no way to stop people from banning the champ since they aren't first pick so they won't get to play it.

Oh alright thanks, any chance it'll come back around again for the next preseason? My ping on the live server is 100+ but it's 30 on the pbe server, would be fun to see how I do.

Yeah, more than likely. It should be before preseason now that I think about it. The Pbe season ends like a month before the live one does, and for a couple patches before that all they enable is ranked (no other queues) so that they can test the season reward distribution system and stuff like that.
