Browsing in Low Priority

I have one request on behalf of all the people who end up in low priority frequently. Dont block the rest of the client. Show us the timer where matchmaking is, and let us browse the various links and videos on the client homepage. It's fine to not let us buy anything and block access to the store at this time, but dont make us look at a timer for 20 min on top of the fact of having to wait that long in the first place
