[Please read] Achievement system

Hey Riot.... So I'm one of those LoL players who doesn't earn, i.e, cannot buy rp. So I had an idea which im SURE that EVERY other person like me will support.. Make an achievement system.. It doesnt have to give us legend skins worth of rp, just small amounts which can be build up to buy a half decent skin. Take clash of clans for example: their gem system is bs given u have to buy it, but their achieve ment system is one way to get it. Sure they might not award a lot, but if saved wisely, and if ou unlock a major achievement, you'll have enough to buy a decent skin or boost or whatever..

What I'm saying is; dont make us players look at our crappy lvl 3 400 rp without anything to spend it on. (I dont mean to offend u, but 400 rp is pretty worthless..) Anyway, I mean to say that give us a chance of looking cool with a half decent skin for our fav champ.. Make an achievement system which will actually put a little more of a competitive edge than just ranked series and stuff.. Give us something other than ip to rush games for! give us a chance..

Example:

Reach lvl 15: 15 rp Reach lvl 30: 30 rp

Kill 1000 enemies: 20 rp Kill 1500 enemies: 30 rp

See? Now that your level 30, you can finally buy that yasuo skin once its on sale! PLEASE riot please... I know youre a free to play game, and you need income, but im sure most ppl who already buy rp, will keep buying rp instead of playing motnhs on end to achieve these...

AT LEAST consider this.... PLEASE :D :D :D
