Ekko has been overnerfed atrociously

He is supposed to be an Assassin/Mage but can only be utilized optimally as more of a tank/bruiser. He has a .1 scaling on a medium speed skill shot projectile...? What was riot thinking when they nerfed him ? Not to mention the passive nerfs and ult nerfs. He does no damage after his passive is popped building ap and is probably better built ad, which is a huge identity issue. I dont know what to think about this champion anymore.
