PVP Matchmade Game?

What classifies as a PVP Matchmade game. I got a quest to win 1 and I was wondering. Does 3v3 count as a pvp matchmade game. Does coop VS AI count as a PVP matchmade game or can I only complete that quest on summoner's rift.

PvP=not vs bots, matchmade=not custom.

So 3v3 should count, aram should count, standard normals SR should count.
