How to make Aatrox actually decent

Everybody knows that Aatrox is complete trash right now. Even with the buffs that Riot just gave him he's actually still pretty garbage right now. HOWEVER, there is a really easy way to buff him and actually make him really good if not almost broken. Get rid of his passive cooldown. Now some people might think, well this is just gonna be really stupid, but it's actually great. It's definitely going to make Aatrox waaaay better, but it's not gonna make him as op as say Vlad (who everybody hates). If you guys think it's too OP, remember, it's not buffing his abilities at all, just getting rid of the resurrection cooldown. In theory, this is kinda a little better than Sion's passive, and not quite as good as Anivia's. Plz tell me what you think of this idea, and also... do you guys think Aatrox is worth maining currently?
