Splashes in LoL vs. DOTA2

Everybody knows that some of the splash arts in LoL are hyper sexualized. IDGRA (I don't give a 's ass) but my parents do. I kinda see their point. I mean... are waaaaaaay more hyper sexualized than needed. I mean... Have you guys seen the Huntress Sivir splash? and too. What I'm asking is... I heard LoL doesn't want it's champions to be hypersexualized anymore. Does that mean they will change the splashes? If yes then I can play to my hearts content. If no then my parents are most likely going to ban me from LoL. Finally, does DOTA2 have inappropriate splash arts?

Kinda tired of how we shelter children and ourselves from our entire purpose of life and the most important thing within it: Sexual reproduction.

Ends up with a bunch of 20-somethings who have no idea what theyre doing with their genitals...

Sure, it's your opinion, but I'd like to think we have more purposes than something like yeast and whatnot.

Also, most people know what sex is even as a kid, due to the readily available access to porn, the abundance of sex jokes, the amount of sexual activities on TV (implied sex and hard french kisses are everywhere these days), science/biology and health classes, and ofc, raging teen hormones.

i mean yes, how i said it came off kinda bleh and assholish, but its absolutely true.

Sure, go see rome and the pyramids, get a dog, go to disneyworld, but the reason you and every living thing on this earth exists (including your dog), is to reproduce a life-form with better quality of life than their own. Be it an oak tree, a jellyfish, a termite, or yourself. I know it sounds lame, but everything that has happened in the existence of existence is based around Increasing the quality of reproduction and what is reproduced.

Is it really that crazy to think that the main purpose of life, is to create better life? Sad, boring, yeasty, or not, its the purpose. As a human, you are gifted with the largest disconnect from this seen in any living thing, but its still what made us, us.

As for learning about sex from porn and gradeschool jokes, thats my point exactly. Most kids dont have an inkling of an idea of whats actually going on.

Hiding sex leads to awkward hidden personal sex education, and for me that worked out fine, but for some ive seen, it was the worst thing that could have ever happened to them. Especially from the kids that were sheltered.

Most sentient animals also don't have the sex instinct ingrained into their genes like a machine programmed to have sex and die, they have to also learn sex just like we do. This is why you see the videos about dogs humping on random objects or even other house animals and stuff like that. It's also not that animals somehow "lost" the ability to find into their mates' vagina, but rather as animals get more complex they are going to think more, and they may make assumptions about what they can or can not have sex with (which can turn out to be false); however when presented with "compatible" partners, like humans, they tend to find their way incredibly easily. That assumption about somehow we have the "largest disconnection" came about due to a lack of understanding on the matter, not that it's actually present.

Also, humans have already surpassed the need to survive, and our brain and technologies have far surpassed mere survival essentials, therefore lives do not need to revolve around reproduction anymore, especially not when human is already in fact overpopulated. Our purposes and aims are now thus higher. It's quite reductive to think that no matter how advanced we become, we should always service ourselves to primitive needs and considerations, because that's really not the case.

Also no, kids do not need special training to get the idea of sex. There is a reason why in most part of the world, most kids get laid for their first time before they become an adult (typically around 15-16, some places can go down to as low as 13), and they understand the deal with sex much earlier than that. Even in countries where people lose virginity later on average, particularly the eastern nations, it's not that people don't know what sex is but rather they just hold it to a higher standard. You're thinking too much.

EDIT: The only thing kids need in terms of sex is not showing them how to do it, but teach them how to do it with responsibility. Very different things.

You have a brain that's arguably the most advanced in the entire Earth, you can think of your own purpose. Most animals don't have such luxury to both have the capacity to have sentience and have the time and ability to think about things other than food and sex.

Due to our advancement (mentally and technologically), survival and having kids have become mostly secondary. Sure you can aim no higher than having babies, but to think that is definitively the only purpose of current mankind is pretty darn low.

You are the one playing games with me, not the other way around. I'd thought I've been pretty straightforward already.

You also seemed to misunderstood the line I wrote. I mentioned nothing about "worthiness"; the full sentence was "Sure you can aim no higher than having babies, but to think that is definitively the only purpose of current mankind is pretty darn low.", in which it was incredibly clear that I was only visibly against the notion of someone claiming that the ONLY purpose to a current human's existence is to just procreate. That's it, I mentioned nothing about "worthiness".

There are also tons of things to live for outside of eating and making babies, I am not even sure how come you can't toss out anything other than "live forever" and that's kinda it. One can live for travel, for knowledge, teaching others, saving others, for creation, for human social wellbeing, improving infrastructure, making money, making friends, playing a sport (which sport?), or maybe you want to be an artist, a musician, or a writer, a photographer... etc etc etc. There are so many ways to live outside of eating and making kids; hell, if you want kids so much you can even just adopt one given the world's alarming high amount of orphans, you don't really need to make your own.

Sure if you have to think about what you're gonna do, do think about it. Take your time, it will come to you eventually. Even if you just wanna do nothing then it's k, because at least you made up your mind to do that instead of just happening to do nothing and then regret it later

It's not a question about "worthiness", it's just about actually making use of the resources, capabilities, infrastructures you luckily have as a human in the present day, to decide if there's any extra things you could be doing right now given by your privilege as a human in a human society that has since grown out of simple survival necessities and running away from predators. Otherwise, to not make any decision on anything at all even when you have both the capacity and the opportunities to do it, not accessed by any other organisms on this Earth, it's just a waste, don't you think?

I realize how everybody is created, and I do think that sheltering is ok. I mean, if you had a 5 year old, would you be ok with him just browsing Pornhub? However, some of the sheltering gets kind of ridiculous.

Either stay off league if you don't want in trouble from your parents, or try your best to hide it (alt tabbing or playing when not around). It is a T rated game so if suggestive themes is what you're not allowed to play, then I'd avoid most games that are rated T for suggestive themes in general, there's a lot of them and league is probably the least offensive.

TBH I don't mind the hyper sexuality of the female OR male champions (Lets not forget pool party taric!)

They're strong, beautiful women, confident (at least animated women) and have known a few of these, it's not really that different from RL. And I did really laugh at Evelynn .. shes a succubus! That's kinda the point!

No, Riot won't retroactively change existing splashes unless they had a reason to (IE splash updates).

Easiest thing to do is to alt + tab when you're in the loading screen and do something else. No one will see anything.

Elise uses her human form to lure her prey, Eve is literally a Succubus (and her real form is the shade thing when she stealths, which is barely a humanoid), Janna is a goddess of sort and they often don't wear much like how they do in our stories and legends (the same goes for Morgana), Nidalee is a girl who was strangled in and grew up in the wild so she doesn't wear more than necessary, Zyra is a plant inhibiting the body of a dead woman for mobility and being both wild and had previously been a plant she thus has no concept of clothing, and I wouldn't call Vayne sexualised given the only thing about her is her tight suit which is something you kinda want if you mostly operate at night and rolls on the ground a lot. I'd say these don't seem to be issues.

Some champs may fit that description tho.

I think people change the files of the game to run their own custom skins (only they can see them) maybe there is a pack of skins that is for your liking, try to Google it and maybe just prepare one if it feasible
