Disable chat for Bronze/Silver/Gold
Let's face it, they don't use it for anything else but flaming, toxicity, saying they are going to feed or they afk. Make world a better place and disable chat for them.

You can mute them yourself, its really easy. And you should not care if they are flaming to each other
or you can just mute them yourself. Love how people come and talk about how bad chat is below diamond, like no one ever talks like that past gold and how no one can use chat effectively in the low ranks
The best video game player in the world (some fat nerd with no future other than interacting with 12 year old worshippers online) would still use any chat interface to rage if they were upset.

i agree i just mute them when i smurf. had to play with 4 gold players all they did was rage about how a diamond couldnt carry them and called me bad while they were probably the worst players ive seen in a while. Then i had a bronze player in a normal call me a peice of shit for telling him to not go in the enemy jungle LOL They should just remove chat and re give it you when you are diamond so you can talk to your team

I'm almost never toxic and I'm Silver V. Don't stereotype arse, you'll only get toxic players if you're toxic yourself.
Give the highest ranking player a switch in lobby to turn off global chat before game start.
Also, I love how it gets downvoted so much because 90% of forums members (also players in the game) are in the said divisions.

Well while surfing i did a little research and found out that an average bronze player in a 40m in match spends at least 9 mintues of typing in chat instead of playing.
ye they should just disable it up until plat-diamond.
