karma nerf suggestion

  1. buff her shield ratio
  2. Move the speed from e to her w
  3. Allow her to cast w on enemy or ally (rooting dealing dmgs on enemies/speeding and healing when using mantra on ally)

Would give half of old karma + remove the op aoe shield ms bonus that causes the problem right now

She really just needs a rework. Boring to play as. Boring to play against. Boring to watch.

Doing this would remove her niche as a support, her disengage. Her shield would be almost useless as support karma and her w has a moderately high cd; using it to heal teammates wouldn't be efficient.
