Possible cleanse update?

IMO cleanse is too weak even in specific situations such as counter picks due to its long cooldown and also other factors such as it only cleanses cc and gives a short tenacity boost for about 3 seconds. a good update to cleanse would be to make it a small aoe effect and give a short movement speed boost. Having a support take this could make for some exciting new gameplay.
