League of Draven?

Draven feels like a forgotten champ, with a passive thats pretty useless and being a champ who is totally reliant on out damaging opponents he just doesnt feel like a champ to pick even with incredibly high AD and his w isnt much of an escape which just makes him more unreliable unless fed early. Now with the new season you can just thunderlords on most favored adcs and easily win trades against him. Could there be a draven buff in the future and what would it be?
