[Suggestion] Rune Changes for Patch 5.1

Hey Guys, I'm pretty new to the forums, so hopefully I came to the right spot to make suggestions.

As you all know, with the upcoming Patch of 5.1, the Rune combiner will be removed and there will be some changes to tier 1&2 runes. My only worry that came with this, is how will we get rid of those old runes? On top of that, there always comes a time when players make the mistake of buying the wrong runes.

My idea is to add in a Sell feature to runes, being able to sell back your runes to the shop for half of what you bought them for. (to clarify); Player would be able to sell a rune and in return receive half the ip he/she previously spent on that rune. Seeing as this is all IP and is not linked to RP at all, I don't see how it would really change all that much, except for players being able to get rid of some old runes they never use anymore.

I believe it would be rather beneficial, but maybe thats just me. I'd love to hear some feedback if anyone cares to reply.

Hopefully my idea gets taken into consideration; I'd love to see it. :)
